Members of the Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested Donovan Williams, 29, Friday morning. Police say Williams was in a physical confrontation with his girlfriend in the 300 block of S. 9th Street Wednesday when he struck her with a gun and fired one round, missing her, before fleeing the scene.
