    NEWARK — An Arizona man Wednesday was sentenced to nine years in prison for supplying Jersey City-area drug users with methamphetamine. U.S. District Judge Kevin McNulty handed down the sentence on Ryan Bontempi, according to a court clerk.  Bontempi in September admitted to conspiring with others to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine in 2013 and 2014.
