    NEWARK â€” Spring has arrived and the cherry blossom show is going full tilt in Branch Brook Park.  The Essex County Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural affairs is running the festival that features a variety of events. People were all over Branch Brook Park Sunday, taking in the sights. The Essex County Cherry Blossom Festival runs through April 24.
