    Vietnam veterans heard a special tribute to their sacrifice and that of their fallen brethren, from the daughter of South Vietnamese parents who's family members fought alongside American soldiers and came to the U.S. after the war.     NEWARK â€” A 21-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested on gun charges Sunday after he fired a weapon on a city street, Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose said in a statement.
